Research Interests

My research interest is early American women and religion. For my dissertation I am exploring the ways eighteenth century women spiritualized chronic pain and affliction. 

Biography, Education and Training

2016-2017 is my third year studying in the History Department at UCSC. Before pursuing a PhD here, I received my MA from Central Washington University. 

Teaching Interests

This quarter I am a TA for HIS65A Medieval Europe. My teaching interests are early American history, women's history, and the history of religion.
