Research Interests

My research interests include Public History, US Southern History, The Philippines, Transnational Musuem Studies, Performative Identity and Representation in Professional Wrestling, History of The Grateful Dead, Phish Studies, Digital Humanities, and the History of Collections. My dissertation examines the how the collections of the National Museum of the Philippines are leveraged towards national identity construction in a postcolonial context.
