Emergency Procedures

Emergency procedure signage is located throughout the Humanities buildings (including in elevators) instructing what to do in the event of an emergency. Please see the Campus Emergency Procedures page of the Office of Emergency Management for campus-wide emergency procedure information.

If the Humanities buildings are deemed unsafe, people are instructed to go to the Humanities Complex Emergency Assembly Area on the Founders' Glen (adjacent to and east of Humanities 1); there is a sign indicating this general location. Please see the pictures below of the Humanities Complex Emergency Assembly Area and of the sign.   

If the Humanities Complex Emergency Assembly Area is deemed unsafe, the East Field is the next emergency area.
