Academic Service Centers

All Humanities academic service centers are currently unstaffed due to COVID, however we are checking email regularly.

 

The following services are ON HOLD until staff can safely return to campus:

  • Mailing Services (all mail is being held at Barn H at the base of campus)
  • Printing and scanning
  • Refilling supplies (does not include paper or copier toner)
  • Equipment checkout

Drop-In Services

Mailroom Support

  • Faculty mailboxes for both campus and USPS mail
  • Postage and mailing supplies for university-related correspondence
  • Assistance with mailing documents/packages during staffed hours

Copying/Scanning Services

  • Staffed copying/scanning services – Copy/Scan request forms can be found at every Academic Service Center, or you can print them out here.
  • Self-service printing – Staff will provide copier/printer code, self-printing guidance for Ricoh secure printers. Ricoh copying instructions can be found here.

Administrative Services

  • Provide standard office supplies

Recycling

  • Paper & Cardboard
  • Plastic & Glass 
  • Compost & Food Waste 
  • Toner cartridges
  • Batteries

Technical Support

  • Basic computer troubleshooting
  • Assistance with MS Office and Google Apps
  • Assistance with connectivity to local printers and Eduroam WiFi
  • Assistance with media cabinet
  • Provide IT peripherals such as Ethernet cables, dongles, power supplies, mice, and portable projectors
